Q: Do you have to have experience to be a Monster?
A: Absolutely not! Come with a passion for Halloween, an open mind and a desire to learn. We will teach you all you need to know to be Legendary!


Q: Do I get paid?
A: Yes, we offer competitive pay and bonus opportunities.


Q: I have a normal job, will that be a problem?
A: Most of the team, including the owners, have normal day jobs. As long as you are free on Friday & Saturday nights, and some other nights, you shouldn't have a problem.


Q: Do I provide my own costume or makeup?
A: No, we professionally develop the wardrobe and have a team of talented makeup artists that will turn you in to a Monster.


Q: What are the hours?
A: We ask that you arrive around 6PM to begin getting in costume and makeup/mask. Work won't begin until dusk. Starting locations for Danger Run close at 11PM and haunts close at 2AM.


Q: Will I have to wear a mask or makeup?
A: This depends on your character, but we have some of each.


Q: What about inclement weather?
A: There are times when weather could become a factor, but we do everything we can to make sure that we are in operation. We will let you know of any weather concerns as soon as information is available. Unless otherwise informed, assume we are on a normal schedule.


Q: What should I wear?
A:We will let you know what is the most appropriate undergarments for your character. We do recommend that you be prepared for hot and cold climates, this is Louisville after all! "If you don't like the weather, wait an hour!"


Q: Will I get tickets for my friends?
A: Once you hit one of your season landmarks, you will be awarded tickets that you can provide to friends/family. One of the many perks!


Q: Do I have to touch the customer?
A: Generally speaking, we operate "No Touch" haunts. If there are occasions when touching is permitted, you will be instructed the appropriate method.


Q: Do I have to audition?
A: Yes, we ask that every cast member auditions for their part. We will schedule auditions with you.


Q: There are nights that I cannot be there, is that okay?
A: While we would like you to be there as many nights as possible, we also understand that life happens. That being said, if there are days/times that you cannot make it, we ask that you inform us in advance so that we can plan accordingly. The key is communication.


Q: I have a friend that is also interested in joining the team, can I bring them along?
A: Absolutely! The more the merrier. We have a large team, spread across 5 locations and are always looking for extra help.
